Under the Palapa at Sueño del Mar


We got invited to Sueño del Mar last night for a lovely evening to wine and dine under the palapa. The occasion was to introduce Chef Mr. Marwan Haddad as head of the restaurant at Sueño del Mar. A pasta buffet station was set up where Chef Marwan created the pasta dish combination of your choice from a display of delicious ingredients. Already prepared was tasty lasagna and delightful desserts. The drinks flowed, the food was exquisite and the company for friends and staff at Sueño del Mar was exceptional; a great evening at an exotic and secluded resort on Ambergris Caye.
