60% isn't bad, but it could've been a better turn out if people would just take the initiative.

General Elections last year was a tad over 70%. It is always expected that municipal draws a bit less. Plus its just 1 yr from general. I say its a good turn out. Ideally it should be 95% - but i don't think we'll ever see such a thing!
