Trade License Notice (Town Counil)

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Trade Licensing Act, Chapter 66 as amended by Act 22 of 2008 states inter- alia:

The San Pedro Town Council and the San Pedro Trade Licensing Board will like to inform Trade License holders according to Chapter 66 section 5 – subsection (2a) A Board may suspend a license if the license holder is in default of payment of Property Tax, refuse collection fees or other fees and charges imposed by law, which are payable to the local authority, and every such suspensions shall remain in force until all the outstanding taxes, fees and charges have been duly paid or satisfactory arrangements have been made with the local authority for such payment.

With this in mind the San Pedro Trade Licensing Board will like to inform all business owners with outstanding arrears of Property Tax, Garbage Fees and other fees if proper arrangement is not made with the SPTC their Trade License will not be renew for 2010.

TRADE LICENSING & LIQUOR LICENSING BOARD

PUBLIC NOTICE

The San Pedro Town Council (SPTC) & the San Pedro Trade Licensing Board (SPTLB) and Liquor Licensing Board through this medium hereby remind all business to settle their outstanding arrears. The SPTC & the SPTLB and SPLLB cordially request that full payment be made by November 30th, 2009. Please take note that failure to settle your arrears may result in closure of your business and your License will not be renew for next year 2010.

Please be informed that the SPTC provides a number of payment plans.
