Belizean Shores Monday Night BBQ

Mondays on La Isla Bonita…Where to go? What to do? Well, if you have not been to Belizean Shores for Monday Night BBQ then you are missing out. This past Monday Ambergris Today was invited to experience this fun night by the resort’s poolside.

The tropical surroundings of Belizean Shores await you for a guaranteed night full of great music and island fun. Monday night BBQ has become so popular that the Upper Deck Bar and Grill is packed with the resort’s guest, but they invite all to come and join in the fun.

At 6p.m. Chef Sherlet Belisle & her assistant chef Andy Medina roll out the BBQ buffet. On the menu there is delicious BBQ Chicken, Butter Garlic Fish Fillet and Pork Ribs with a side of homemade beans and tortilla with coleslaw or potato salad. We must stress that it was ‘finger-licking good’!

Apart from the delicious food there was a great variety of drinks available to quench your thirst while you dance the night away with live music of Barrington and the Islanders. A BBQ Night on a Monday with amazing food, drinks and live music is a great way to start the week in Paradise.
