Earth Day at The Palms Condominiums

For a third consecutive year the staff of The Palms Condominiums has joined in the Earth Day activities by planting more trees and shrubs at the hotel’s premises. Family members of the staff, in particular the children, joined in the fun of planting more trees and add more life to Mother Earth. Kudos to the staff of The Palms for taking the initiative to give back to Mother Earth on Earth Day, April 22, 2010.

With the job complete, the children were treated with ice cream - Gerry as well.

Earth Hour, San Pedro 2010

Earth Hour observed in San Pedro, Belize as San Pedro Junior College organized a parade through the streets of town and asked residents to "power off" for the one hour Earth Hour observation. Activities concluded at the Old Football Field with a bonfire.
