Restaurant Review at Rico's Bar and Grill
Rico’s Bar & Grill has most recently garnered much attention both locally and abroad after placing second place in the Taste of Belize culinary competition and winning Best Lobster Dish at the San Pedro Lobster Festival, both held last month. Having done a restaurant review for over three years now, Ambergris Today decided to revisit Rico’s to experience Chef Luis Cauich’s updated menu that has him winning all these awards.
