It was a pretty slow weekend with not many activities going on, but Peter Lawrence sure did have a great birthday party over at Pedro’s. Many of his friends gathered to wish him the best on Friday, June 5.
El Salvador Victory over Mexico
On Saturday, June 6, Salvadoran residents on Ambergris Caye took to the streets in celebration of the Salvadoran 2-1 victory over Mexico in the 2010 FIFA World Cup qualifier. Flags in hand and honking their horn, Salvadorans celebrated their team’s win. That same night, Supa G held a concert at Coconut’s Caribbean Hotel and Fido’s Courtyard.
Sunday, Beach Day
Sunday, June 7, was pretty quiet with many residents hitting the beach to beat the extreme heat!
