Cultural Day at ACES

Ambergris Caye Elementary School invited Ambergris Today Newspaper to its Cultural Day exhibits as students displayed and showcased their knowledge on all the cultural diversity of Belize.

We were asked to judge the students presentations which included their knowledge of their food, clothing, music, customs and importance to the diversity of Belize’s cultures. The seven groups presented were the Garifuna, Maya, Mennonites, Mestizos, Chinese, Creole and East Indians.
