During the long and busy weekend that was Costa Maya Festival, the Traffic Department took time to paint the speed bumps (sleeping policeman) and install signs so that the large influx of visitors were aware of the island speed limit and avoid speeding over the speed bumps. Kudos to the department.

Your Traffic Department needs to address your massive traffic congestion, especially in the park area and water taxi area. There were also golf carts on your beach when I was there over that weekend.
