They ought to do that here in England. It sure would help reduce global warming, rising fuel prices, and inner city air pollution.
I visited Ambergris about 10 years ago and just loved roaming about the little streets in those buggies.
What supermarket was doing the raffling? San Pedro Supermarket?
It was only one I knew about when I was visiting.
